Refund Policy and Customer Obligations

We would like to bring to your attention some important information regarding our booking policy and service requirements.

As part of our booking policy, we require a non-refundable 50% booking fee or deposit for every appointment booked. However, in the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we do offer the option to reschedule to another time, provided that you do so in a timely manner.

In order to ensure the best possible outcome for your hair appointment, we kindly request that you come prepared for our services. For all hair appointments, such as braiding, wig/weave installation, etc., we highly recommend that you arrive with your hair washed, detangled, and/or oiled. Please note that if your hair is not clean or detangled, this may result in an additional cost.

a.
