Pedestrian safety upgrades - Epoxy line marking and Armco rails

Samsung SDS engaged us to help improve pedestrian safety in their Bankstown warehouse. The project was in 2 stages with each stage take 3 days to complete.

Stage 1 of the project was to shot-blast and install 800m2 of solid yellow epoxy walkways. This includes zebra crossings as the all the forklift crossing areas and green walking leg symbols to ensure everyone knows that this is the pedestrian walkway.

Stage 2 of the project was to install 250m of engineered armco crash barrier to as much of th walkway as possible. We worked closely with the safety team at Samsung SDS to ensure that we installed armco in as many areas a possible without taking to much away from the operational side of the business and hindering the forklifts.
